Premium Voice:

NSSL has officially launched its low cost toll-quality voice service for its Broad-IP users. The NSSL service works over NSSL's Broad-IP service and provides a guaranteed toll quality voice service through the satellite and into the terrestrial network. This is distinguished from other competitor offering's of VOIP (voice over Internet Protocol) systems which tend to be erratic even over one phone call, due to the voice quality being affected by data traffic usage both from the specific users and other sites, who all contend for the same satellite and internet capacity. 'Premium voice' is provided at a much lower cost than rival providers. Calls typically cost $0.25 per minute to the US, an all inclusive package for unlimited calls to the US and site to site is also available.
